14Horses is located in Senatorių Pasažas within Vilnius Old Town, housed in a historic 16th-century palace spanning two floors. The restaurant’s event spaces include a cosy garden room near the kitchen, a minimalist glass-roofed terrace, and a courtyard summer terrace, offering a refined yet warm atmosphere for guests. The cuisine centers on seasonal Lithuanian ingredients, following a nature-led philosophy that highlights local produce. Dishes are contemporary and ingredient-driven, with key components sourced from the restaurant’s own regenerative farm, Farmer’s Circle, situated about 70 km from Vilnius, as well as other partner farms. The menu features a four-step fixed-price dinner built around free choice, showcasing creations such as cured trout, pork shish kebab, beef tongue and liver ragu ravioli, catfish with rye bread, blood sausage, and duck cooked on the bone. Desserts incorporate honey, buckwheat, pears, and celeriac ice cream. Chef and manager Justinas Misius leads the kitchen and restaurant, ensuring the philosophy of local cuisine is expressed in every dish. For private occasions, 14Horses offers several event settings and full restaurant hire, as well as a private chef service bringing the team to external events.
