30th Street Garage

30th Street Garage is a photo and film studio located in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. Housed in a building that blends modern functionality with historic character, the studio features open-beam barrel-roof ceilings, oversized hand-crafted wood doors, stained concrete flooring, and exposed brick walls. The space is West-facing with windows on the West, East, and South sides, providing natural light throughout the day. The Entire Studio accommodates up to 30 standing guests and is suited for photo and film productions, creative shoots, and intimate events. The space is fully temperature controlled and includes a full kitchen along with comfortable interior and exterior client areas. Rental packages include C-stands, Apple Boxes, sandbags, foam-core, and additional lighting and grip equipment. BYO alcohol is permitted and external catering is welcome, making the studio adaptable for a range of creative and social occasions.
