The venue offers three distinct spaces to accommodate a variety of event formats. The Hot Desk Area, functioning as a meeting room across 50 square metres, can host up to 20 guests in boardroom configuration or up to 30 in theatre-style seating, making it the largest and most flexible space on-site. The Main Meeting Room is a dedicated boardroom of 20 square metres with a capacity of 15 guests, ideal for focused discussions or smaller leadership gatherings. The Private Office, also configured as a boardroom across 30 square metres, accommodates up to 10 guests, offering a more intimate setting for confidential or executive meetings.

On the technical side, the venue is equipped with high-speed internet access and sound systems, supported by an on-site technician. Lighting can be adjusted via dimmable controls, also with technician assistance available. Seating and furniture options include folding, banquet, and theatre-style chairs, round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and lounge furniture such as sofas, ottomans, and coffee tables. Meeting and banquet facilities are available for event setup and configuration. Medical support is also on hand for safety purposes.

AstroLabs Coworking Space is well-suited for training sessions, workshops, conferences, and corporate events. Facilities include air conditioning, internet access, on-site parking, CCTV coverage in common areas and outside the property, and taxi access.
