Avenue Hotel Dubai is an independent 4-star hotel located on Al Rigga Road in the Deira district, one of Dubai's most vibrant and historically rich neighbourhoods. For events, the hotel offers two dedicated spaces. The Hawthorn Room is a banquet hall spanning 70 square metres, accommodating up to 25 guests in a U-shape arrangement, 40 in an island configuration, 30 in classroom style, and 50 in theatre format — making it well-suited for seminars, presentations, and corporate meetings. The Boardroom is a more intimate 30-square-metre space configured for up to 10 guests, ideal for executive meetings and small group sessions.

On the production and technical side, the venue is equipped with high-speed internet access, sound systems, projectors and screens, and LED displays and video walls. AV technicians are available on-site to support event delivery. Lighting capabilities include ambient uplighting and colour-changing LEDs, managed by a dedicated technician. A podium and lectern are available for presentations. Furniture options are comprehensive, including folding, banquet, and theatre-style chairs, round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, lounge furniture, and bar stools with high-top tables. Linens, tablecloths, and meeting and banquet facilities are also provided. Medical support is available on-site for added safety.
