Solera Paris

Solera Paris is a conceptual cocktail bar located on the Left Bank, founded in 2016 by Christopher Gaglione, former head bartender at the Prince de Galles. The establishment focuses on a "Foodrink Experience," combining skillfully crafted cocktails with food, positioning itself as a destination for food and cocktail pairings in the heart of the Left Bank. Its drinks menu features signature cocktails, retro classics, non-alcoholic options, bespoke creations, shots, wine, champagne, and beer, supported by a selection of 150 spirits. Christopher Gaglione brings his experience from Paris's grand hotels, focusing here on cocktails that are sweet with a delicate freshness. The interior, designed by Alexandrine Veneri, provides a luxurious setting with soft tones, peacock blue walls, dark floors, exposed beams, exotic details, and a golden bar reminiscent of an Ali Baba cave. Guests enter through a small glass door into this intimate and skillfully crafted space. Solera presents a relaxed atmosphere, imbued with artistic energy and DJ sets. The establishment also hosts private events and caters to dining requests through its team.
