Butcher’s Dining is a meat-focused restaurant in Hove founded by Luc and Peggy, who have run the De Laet & Van Haver butcher business for over 32 years and opened the restaurant fifteen years ago. The concept centres on craftsmanship and a passion for top-quality meat, and the kitchen balances traditional meat techniques with inventive touches to elevate flavour and presentation. The restaurant brings the butcher’s sourcing and expertise into the dining room and translates the shop’s quality into gastronomy alongside a curated selection of wines. It is recognised for its meat specialities (Michelin: Selected) and positions itself as a destination for true meat lovers. Located adjacent to the Butcher’s Store Hove, the venue offers an unpretentious, convivial atmosphere and, in summer, Butcher’s Dining Outdoor as an atmospheric outdoor experience. The cuisine is meat-centric, prepared with refined techniques and built around seasonal dishes. Dennis Broeckx (Chef), formerly of L’Epicerie du Cirque, contributes a refined style, deep respect for the product and creative flavour combinations.
