It accommodates up to 50 standing guests and is well suited to coffee breaks, lunch, or an evening reception. It works particularly well when booked alongside the adjoining Study, which can serve as a catering area for teas, coffees, or drinks. The Study is a quiet boardroom centred around a large oak table and decorated with artwork including a large map and painting. With windows overlooking the outdoor terrace and capacity for up to 15, it is suited to smaller meetings or as a catering room in conjunction with the Lounge. It does not include AV equipment. Guests have access to a communal tech zone next door. The Notting Hill Room is a first-floor space filled with natural daylight from floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Russell Square. It accommodates up to 50 standing and can be configured in various layouts. It is situated next to the Kensington Boardroom, and the two rooms are frequently hired together. The Kensington Boardroom is a smart, naturally lit first-floor room overlooking Russell Square. It features a large central boardroom table with comfortable armchairs and a plasma TV screen, accommodating up to 20. It functions well as a directors' room or breakout space alongside the Notting Hill Room. Richmond & Kew is a large training room accommodating up to 45 guests, filled with natural daylight and overlooking both Russell Square and the outdoor terrace. A moveable partition wall allows the room to be divided into separate spaces, making it suitable for training sessions with breakout or catering areas. A wall-mounted plasma TV screen is available. The venue also features an outdoor terrace and an on-site restaurant.
