Cordis, Auckland is a hotel located in the Grafton area of Auckland, offering an extensive range of event spaces suited to gatherings of all sizes — from large-scale gala dinners and conferences to intimate boardroom meetings and workshops.

The Great Room is one of the largest pillarless ballrooms in Auckland, accommodating up to 800 guests for a banquet or 1,100 in other configurations. Decorated with 33 crystal chandeliers, it can be divided into four separate spaces ranging from 200 to 1,160 square metres, making it suitable for gala dinners, celebrations, and large conferences.

The Crystal Room offers a bright and elegant setting for banquets of up to 200 guests or theatre-style conferences for up to 300. It features a private foyer for pre-event cocktails, a stage, and a dance floor area. The room can also be divided into two separate breakout spaces.

The Jade Room seats up to 294 guests and opens onto an adjacent outdoor terrace, providing an option for al fresco dining or pre-event cocktails. It can be reconfigured into smaller rooms as required.

Vista Rooms 1 & 2 are purpose-built spaces suited to executive board meetings and formal presentations, accommodating up to 100 standing or 60 in a boardroom layout.

The Gallery Rooms (Gallery 1 through Gallery 4) range from 30 to 90 square metres and feature floor-to-ceiling windows with natural light. Each room suits small seminars, business lunches, or workshops, with capacities ranging from 18 to 60 guests depending on the room.

Boardrooms 1, 2, and 3 are designed for executive meetings and formal presentations, seating between 10 and 14 guests respectively.

The hotel also offers on-site accommodation for delegates requiring overnight stays.
