Ingredients emphasize freshness and seasonality, largely sourced from their Ferme du Coteau, which cultivates over 30 varieties of organic herbs, fruits, and vegetables without chemical inputs. The farm supports a sustainable, biodiverse ecosystem, reflecting the restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy. Coteau offers tasting menus reinvented every two months: the Signature Moment, a gastronomic journey featuring local meats, fish, and vegetables; and the Garden Moment, a fully plant-based menu with equal creativity and refinement. The cuisine also incorporates products from exceptional local suppliers such as Microlaiterie Riverin du Lac.
