The property offers direct, unobstructed views of the Hollywood Sign and benefits from open surroundings and consistent natural light throughout the day. The environment — hillside, bold color, and clear skies — provides a versatile creative setting with a strong visual identity. This space accommodates up to 100 standing guests and is available for hourly hire. The Creative Mansion is a separate property spanning over 5,000 square feet, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, modern interiors, and an abundance of natural light. The flowing indoor layout offers a wide range of angles and settings for photo and video productions. Outdoors, a pool area surrounded by lush greenery and modern decking provides an additional setting for shoots or gatherings. This space accommodates up to 60 standing guests and is also available on an hourly basis. On-site accommodation is available at the Creative Mansion. External catering is permitted, and guests may bring their own alcohol and DJ.
