La Table de la Plage

La Table de la Plage is the seaside restaurant of the Domaine de Murtoli in Sartène. Murtoli is a working farm on a 2,500-hectare domain with four generations of pastoral tradition, and its tables present the estate's production literally from field to plate. Chef Laurent Renard, a Michelin-starred chef on the property, signs the Domaine's haute-gastronomy offering at the starred Table de la Ferme, and La Table de la Plage is recognised in the Michelin Guide (SELECTED). It is unique for its extremely short supply chain from the domain's farm and sea and for a broader programme of tailored events and experiences across the estate. Dining is open-air and sun-drenched on the beachfront, with terraces and panoramic sea views. It offers lunch, dinner and drinks within a relaxed, gourmand atmosphere. The cuisine is Mediterranean and farm-to-table, highlighting seasonal ingredients from the Domaine. Preparations emphasise simplicity, seasonality and a rustic-chic approach. Specialties include farm-reared veal and lamb; freshly caught dorade and local seafood; estate sheep cheeses such as brocciu and tome; estate olive oil and potager vegetables; and locavore-driven dishes.
