LeVeL33 is a microbrewery, bar, and restaurant perched 33 stories above ground in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, Singapore. Recognised by Guinness World Records as the world’s highest microbrewery in a building, it offers sweeping panoramic views of Marina Bay and the city skyline. The venue combines freshly brewed craft beer made on site with a unique dining concept called ContemBrewery cuisine, where brewing elements are woven into the food. Guests can savour house-brewed beers alongside bold, flavourful dishes crafted for lunch, after-work drinks, special occasions, and evening dining. The microbrewery uses 100% organic hops and malt, inviting guests to experience the aromas of roasted malt and fermenting yeast while learning from brewers. A signature offering is the Brut Beer, inspired by LeVeL33’s partnership with Barons de Rothschild, made with Champagne yeast and undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle for fine bubbles and a dry finish. Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski leads a produce-driven, sustainability-focused kitchen, incorporating house-brewed beers, beer ingredients, and brewing techniques into sauces, pasta, breads, and desserts, including the use of brewer’s spent grain. The menu features sustainable seafood, ethically pasture-raised beef, and locally sourced organic produce such as greens, edible flowers, and baby herbs. LeVeL33 provides a penthouse-style rooftop atmosphere with open-air terraces, a private rooftop dining room, and multiple event zones, all framed by dramatic skyline views. The lively craft-brewery energy blends with an elevated, scenic setting ideal for relaxed lunches, after-work drinks, celebrations, and corporate events.
