Magic Box LA

Magic Box LA is a large-scale event complex situated in the Historic South-Central neighborhood of Los Angeles. The venue features polished concrete floors, gallery lighting, large contemporary art displays, and 20-foot-high ceilings that create a grand, open atmosphere. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of event formats, including trade shows, exhibitions, fashion shows, speaking engagements, weddings, and large corporate gatherings. The 1st Floor is the venue's flagship space and accommodates up to 1,000 standing guests. It features its own private entrance, Exhibit Halls A & B — which can host up to 140 exhibitors in 10×10 booths — and three additional meeting rooms. The space holds both an alcohol licence and a wedding licence, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of events. External catering is welcomed, and guests may play their own music or bring their own DJ, with no noise restrictions in place. The 2nd Floor Exhibit Hall is the centerpiece for large-scale trade shows and exhibitions, offering over 60,000 square feet of total space. It accommodates up to 1,600 standing guests and up to 300 exhibitors in 10×10 booths. Three dedicated breakout rooms — the Cloud Room, Meeting A, and Meeting B — make it well suited for immersive show experiences and large corporate gatherings. Together, the two floors offer extensive flexibility for high-attendance productions, conferences, and celebrations across a single event complex.
