MainStream Ent. is a creative multi-use venue located on Hollywood Boulevard in the heart of Los Angeles. With direct street access and an urban setting, the venue is designed to serve a range of creative and event needs, from film and photography productions to pop-up activations and private gatherings. The Rent A Boutique Store Front is a 650 sq ft space with an 8ft ceiling, large front windows providing street-level natural light, display racks, a chandelier, and a bench. It accommodates up to 20 guests standing and is suited for pop-ups, photo shoots, filming, and private events. Renters of this space also receive complimentary access to the sound stage studio for staging equipment or additional filming needs. A house technician is available on-site to assist. The Film and Photography Studio is a separate, purpose-built production space accommodating up to 10 guests. It features a 20' x 17' floor plan with high ceilings, an overhead speed rail lighting rig, seamless white cyclorama walls, and a large green screen. The space is rented exclusively, ensuring full privacy for every booking. Included with every rental is the full lighting and grip kit as well as a house technician at no additional charge. It is suited for photo shoots, film productions, music videos, and other creative projects requiring a controlled studio environment. Together, the two spaces form a complete creative production facility on Hollywood Boulevard.
