Manioca JK is a contemporary and casual restaurant situated in São Paulo, Brazil, with locations at Shopping Iguatemi, Shopping JK Iguatemi, and Rua da Mata. The kitchen showcases Brazilian cuisine with a modern twist, presenting dishes made iconic at Maní under chef Helena Rizzo’s direction, such as capellini with mushrooms and the traditional PF picadinho. Since 2021, Chef Thaís Alves leads the kitchen, having advanced from intern to chef at Maní and refined her skills at Lasai.
