Mingone

Mingone, established in 1890 in Carnello, Italy, began as a food shop founded by Domenico Pagnanelli and has since evolved into a notable restaurant deeply rooted in Ciociaria culinary tradition. It showcases seasonal dishes highlighting fresh ingredients from Lazio, notably fresh fish and seafood with trout sourced directly from the nearby Fibreno river, maintained alive in onsite tanks.
