Noir Cafe Al Hazm is an independent café venue situated inside Al Hazm Mall on Al Markhiya Street in Doha, Qatar. Presented in a modern style, the café exudes elegance and sophistication, making it a versatile setting for a wide range of events. Its central position offers easy access from key Doha neighborhoods including West Bay, The Pearl, and central Doha.

Noir Cafe Al Hazm features two distinct spaces. The Terrace is an outdoor-oriented area with a maximum boardroom-style capacity of 108 guests, well-suited to larger gatherings, celebrations, and networking events. The Cafe space offers a more intimate setting with a capacity of 72 guests in boardroom configuration, ideal for meetings, workshops, training sessions, and private dining. Both spaces are furnished with a thoughtful mix of folding, banquet, and theater-style chairs, round, rectangular, and cocktail tables, as well as lounge furniture including sofas, ottomans, and coffee tables, alongside outdoor furniture for the terrace areas.
