Ô Sens 60 sits inside a converted masonry depot in Bègles — industrial bones, generous terrace, and a lively room that fills up fast. Owner Stéphane Faussat knew there was a real appetite for quality cooking in this part of town, and he built the menu around local, seasonal produce to answer it. The concept here is genuinely distinct: starters, mains, and desserts arrive together rather than in sequence. It's an unconventional format, but it works — the dishes are flavourful, portion sizes are solid, and the plating is careful without being precious. Vegetarian options are available on request. The atmosphere is relaxed and convivial, with service that's both attentive and efficient. It gets noisy when the room is full, which it tends to be — take that as the endorsement it is.
