Pine Box Studios

Pine Box Studios is a professional film studio and multi-purpose event space located in Wilmington, Delaware. The facility combines raw industrial character with professional-grade infrastructure, featuring high ceilings, a metal truss rigging grid, and natural light throughout. It is suited for film productions, large-scale events, concerts, corporate events, and creative projects. The Full Venue encompasses approximately 27,000 square feet in total, including a 21,000 sq. ft. open arena floor measuring 175 feet by 125 feet with an 80-foot ceiling height. A floating mothergrid is available above the space for rigging. Supporting the main arena are 6,000 square feet of dedicated offices and dressing rooms, including eight dressing rooms and production offices, a dining room and larger production office, a green room and large dressing room, a kitchen, and loading docks. The Full Venue accommodates up to 500 standing guests. The 1:1 Interview Space is a more intimate configuration carved out of the main arena floor. Using tall drape flown from the rigging grid, a section of the floor is sectioned off to create a private, focused environment suited for interviews, recordings, and smaller productions. It accommodates up to 20 standing guests. Guests retain access to the rest of the building and all rooms during their booking. The venue offers in-house catering with kosher, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menu options. External catering is permitted with prior authorization.
