Sunny’s Steakhouse

Sunny’s is a Miami steakhouse and bar launched by the team behind Jaguar Sun and the Sunny’s Someday residency at Lot 6, opening in its permanent location in October 2024 and earning Robb Report’s “Best New Restaurant in America” and Condé Nast Traveler’s “Best New Restaurants in the World.” Private and semi-private dining options provide curated food and beverage experiences for events and celebrations, led by the team, and service is hospitality-focused. The dining environment blends indoor and outdoor seating with an outdoor terrace, a semi-private outdoor area secluded by plants and planters, and an interior dining room; a private dining room features a floor-to-ceiling hand-painted mural, banquettes and an adjoining private balcony for cocktail receptions. The restaurant projects a lively nightly “dinner party” atmosphere. The kitchen pairs a classic steak program and wood-fired proteins with a raw bar and handmade pastas, balancing traditional steakhouse items with ingredient-driven composed mains cooked using contemporary techniques; the substantial wine list ranges from traditional selections to more adventurous, obscure bottles, and cocktails include expertly crafted classics, no-ABV options and large-format drinks. Chef Aaron Brooks leads the kitchen. Specialties include Cap't Jay's Famous Stone Crab Claws; Dry-aged Ribeye (26 oz); Wagyu Porterhouse (32 oz); Wagyu carpaccio and tartare; agnolotti with corn, blue crab and saffron; and Hiramasa crudo.
