Sushi by Bou Nomad

Sushi by Bou Nomad is a dining and event destination in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, where Japanese culinary tradition meets contemporary New York style. The interior blends modern city vibes with Japanese-inspired tranquility, featuring a graffiti mural, bottle-lined wall shelves, warm lighting, and an illuminated sushi bar at the center of the experience. A separate bar area with plush couches and tables offers a lounge setting suited to intimate gatherings or pre-dinner drinks. The Entire Venue is available for private hire, accommodating up to 10 seated guests for dining and up to 15 for standing receptions. It is suited to intimate corporate dinners, private celebrations, and small social events. In-house Japanese cuisine catering is provided, and the venue holds an alcohol licence until 11:00 pm. The Sushi Suite — known as Taste of Toro — is a separate omakase tasting room located on the 10th floor of Hotel 3232. With four seats at its wooden sushi counter and capacity for up to eight standing guests, the space is dedicated to Bluefin Tuna in its various forms, including Akami, O-Toro, dry-aged selections, and small plates. The room features upholstered chairs, a sushi counter, and floral wallpaper. Guests may also use the private terrace, where craft cocktails and desserts are served. Alcohol is available until midnight, and in-house Japanese cuisine catering is provided; no external catering is permitted. The space is available for private hire every evening from Sunday through Saturday from 5:00 pm. It is suited to private dining occasions, intimate celebrations, and small corporate dining experiences.
