Tapori

Tapori is an Indian restaurant in Bangkok presenting a menu shaped by the owner's extensive travels across India. Its dishes represent traditional family recipes and regional flavors from all 28 states and 8 union territories. Instead of merely replicating these recipes, the kitchen uses technique and intuition to honor the authenticity of each region’s culinary heritage. The chef patron, Rohit Sharma, brings extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant concept development. A 200-year-old hand-carved Rajasthani door welcomes guests into a space adorned with a hand-cut mirror mosaic of a peacock and a large oil painting of Kerala’s backwaters.
