Twofour54 Yas Creative Hub is a purpose-built creative campus situated on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, developed as part of the emirate's long-term strategy to strengthen its creative economy. As the regional hub for media, entertainment, gaming, and digital content industries, the campus hosts hundreds of global media companies, production studios, and collaborative workspaces within a single integrated ecosystem. Its modern, minimalist architecture combines open-plan community spaces, professional studios, and flexible event areas that make it a compelling choice for corporate events, media conferences, film premieres, product launches, and innovation-driven gatherings.

The campus layout features contemporary interiors with natural daylight, adaptable spatial configurations, and advanced audiovisual infrastructure throughout. The technical setup includes high-speed internet access, professional sound systems, wireless and handheld microphones, lapel microphones, projectors and screens, LED displays and video walls, and audio and video recording equipment. All of this is supported by an available on-site technician. Stage lighting capabilities encompass spotlights, floodlights, and gobo projectors, complemented by ambient uplighting and color-changing LED systems. Podiums and lecterns are available for presentations, while the furniture offering includes folding, banquet, and theater-style chairs, round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and lounge furniture including sofas, ottomans, and coffee tables. Portable walls, soundproof rooms, a staging area, and livestream capabilities further enhance the venue's event flexibility.

The campus offers a variety of dedicated spaces to suit different event formats and group sizes. The Town Hall amphitheater accommodates up to 120 guests in a boardroom-style configuration and serves as the flagship space for large-scale presentations, summits, and screenings. The Breakout Lounge provides a relaxed bar and lounge setting for up to 50 in a seated arrangement or 100 for a cocktail reception. The Screening Room offers a dedicated cinema environment for up to 39 attendees. The Majlis is an intimate meeting room catering to groups of up to 12. A Large Meeting Room and a Small Meeting Room provide boardroom setups for 12 and 6 participants respectively. Finally, the Pod24 Portable Podcast Studio accommodates up to 5 people, ideal for recording sessions and intimate content creation.

Facilities across the campus include 24-hour security, CCTV coverage in common areas and outside the property, air conditioning, on-site and accessible parking, wheelchair accessibility, toilet with grab rails, conference phone, whiteboard, flipchart, lectern, and LED wall. The venue operates as a non-smoking environment throughout.
