Zelo is an Italian restaurant situated in the heart of Milan within the Four Seasons Hotel Milano. By day, it operates as Zelo Bistrot, offering a bright and contemporary setting where guests can enjoy a menu of light, flavorful dishes. In the evening, the space transforms into an intimate fine dining venue that highlights Milanese Italian cuisine. Under Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino, originally from Abruzzo, Zelo presents a modern reinterpretation of Italy’s regional recipes. The kitchen emphasizes seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and a balance between authentic flavors and refined aesthetics. Chef Borraccino’s dishes reflect a contemporary vision rooted in Italy’s gastronomic traditions. Signature plates include grilled scallop and prawn, chickpea hummus with spiced bread and citrus sauce, potato gnocchetti with asparagus and almond ricotta, grilled sea bass with agretti and new potatoes, and a tiramisù crafted with mascarpone cream and organic Ethiopian Arabica coffee.
