Zén

Zén is a three Michelin star restaurant located in a classic shophouse in downtown Singapore. It occupies three floors and accommodates an intimate seating of 23 guests, providing a sophisticated and immersive environment with a meticulously choreographed dining flow lasting about 3.5 hours. The restaurant offers a set menu inspired by Nordic culinary traditions, enhanced with refined Japanese elegance. Contemporary European techniques and supplementary courses shape the gastronomic journey, accompanied by optional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings tailored to the menu. Chef Björn Frantzén, born in Stockholm in 1977, leads the kitchen with extensive experience from prestigious European kitchens. Since opening in 2017, the restaurant reflects Frantzén’s philosophy while embracing local cultural context. Zén holds three Michelin stars since 2021 and is recognized as Singapore’s top restaurant by La Liste in 2025. Lunch and dinner menus are available at SGD 395++ and SGD 580++, respectively, with reservations opening monthly on the first day at 10 AM local time. The restaurant does not cater to vegan, milk protein-free, or celiac allergy diets.
