Established in 1990, this elegant penthouse offers a blend of modern and glamorous design elements, featuring walnut floors, Venetian plaster walls, custom steel and glass finishes, and original artwork. Its refined style creates a distinctive atmosphere suitable for a variety of gatherings.

The penthouse spans 3,800 square feet and provides unobstructed 360-degree mountain views from its rooftop deck, designed with entertaining in mind. This rooftop space includes a large hot tub, ideal for relaxing after outdoor activities or enjoying al fresco dining during local festivals. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing its versatility for events and retreats.

Accommodations include four guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and two separate living areas that provide ample room for families, groups, or couples. The residence is equipped with a central humidification and air conditioning system for comfort in the dry climate, as well as an elevator for accessibility. Guests also have access to a large private ski locker located at the base of the nearby Gondola.
