Het principe: Vergeet klassieke stadsrally's – wij hebben het genre opnieuw uitgevonden. Bij Urban Challenger zijn er geen stoffige raadsels of ingewikkelde codes. In plaats daarvan combineren we echte teamgeest met pure ontdekkingsdrang. Jullie treden in teams aan om uit een pool van meer dan 30 verschillende uitdagingen zoveel mogelijk te voltooien. De opdrachten zijn zo ontworpen dat ze jullie als team sterker maken, jullie creativiteit stimuleren en jullie in direct contact brengen met de romantische stad aan de Neckar en de lokale bewoners van Heidelberg.

Alles verloopt via onze intuïtieve app, maar het echte verschil is het menselijke aspect: Een Live Game Host begeleidt jullie (per WhatsApp of ter plaatse), controleert jullie foto- en videobewijzen in real-time en zorgt voor een extra dosis motivatie.

Zo verloopt jullie evenement:

1. Individuele startpunt: We starten waar het jullie het beste uitkomt – of dat nu direct bij het kantoor is, bij het hotel of op een centraal punt zoals het Uniplatz of de Alte Brücke.
2. Ready, Set, Go!: Jullie ontmoeten jullie Game Host voor een briefing. Na het inloggen in de app gaat het avontuur meteen van start.
3. Uitdagingen overwinnen: Voltooi zoveel mogelijk taken in de gegeven tijd en upload jullie foto- en videobewijzen direct naar de app.
4. Feedback in real-time: Jullie Game Host modereert het spel in real-time, controleert jullie inzendingen en is altijd beschikbaar als aanspreekpunt.
5. De Grote Finale: Na afloop van de tijd wint het team met de meeste punten de prijzen.
6. Flexibele planning: De standaardduur is 2,5 uur, maar we passen de speeltijd graag aan (van 90 minuten actie tot een halve dag evenement).

Een mix die verbindt – De uitdagingcategorieën: Jullie hoeven van tevoren geen keuze te maken! Alle teams hebben toegang tot alle opdrachten. Jullie beslissen tijdens het spel spontaan welke uitdagingen jullie willen aangaan. Een kleurrijke mix, waarbij elke deelnemer zijn of haar eigen sterke punten kan inbrengen:

• Explorer: Ontdek de kronkelige straatjes van de Altstadt, verborgen universiteitshoven en de beste uitkijkpunten op de Neckar.
• Artist: Laat je creativiteit de vrije loop en gebruik de wereldberoemde kasteelomgeving of de Alte Brücke als podium voor jullie team.
• Foodie: Proef Heidelberg terwijl je verderloopt – probeer kleine lokale specialiteiten zoals de "Studentenkuß" of ontdek zoete geheimen in de straatjes.
• Connector: Leer elkaar beter kennen als team en kom in contact met de locals! Of het nu gaat om een kort praatje met Heidelbergse studenten of een gezamenlijke ontmoeting met de internationale flair van de stad.
• Geschiedenis: Duik spelenderwijs in de geschiedenis van de oudste universiteit van Duitsland en het erfgoed van de romantici.
• Natuur: Vind de groene kanten van Heidelberg langs de oever van de Neckar of op de heuvels rond de Altstadt.

Het zorgeloos pakket:

• Deelnemers: 5 tot 500+ personen (ervaren in grote evenementen voor honderden deelnemers)

The Principle: Forget classic city rallies – we’ve reinvented the genre. At Urban Challenger, there are no dusty riddles or overcomplicated codes. Instead, we blend authentic team spirit with a true sense of discovery. Competing in teams, you will choose from a pool of over 30 different challenges, aiming to complete as many as possible. These tasks are designed to forge stronger bonds, spark your creativity, and get you interacting directly with the romantic city on the Neckar and its local inhabitants.

Everything is managed via our intuitive app, but the real game-changer is the human touch: A Live Game Host accompanies you (via WhatsApp or on-site), reviews your photo and video submissions in real-time, and provides that extra boost of motivation.

How your event works:

1. Custom Start Point: We start wherever it suits you best – whether at your office, your hotel, or a central landmark like University Square or the Old Bridge.
2. Ready, Set, Go!: You meet your Game Host for a briefing. After logging into the app, the adventure begins instantly.
3. Conquer Challenges: Complete as many tasks as you can within the time limit and upload your photo and video proof directly to the app.
4. Real-Time Feedback: Your Game Host moderates the game in real-time, reviews your submissions, and serves as your dedicated point of contact.
5. The Grand Finale: Once time is up, the team with the most points takes home the winner's prizes.
6. Flexible Schedule: The standard duration is 2.5 hours, but we are happy to customize the timing (from a quick 90-minute blast to an extensive half-day event).

A Mix That Connects – The Challenge Categories: No need to choose in advance! All teams have access to the full variety of challenges. You decide spontaneously during the game which tasks to tackle. Our categories ensure every team member can contribute their unique strengths:

• Explorer: Discover the winding alleys of the Old Town, hidden university courtyards, and the best vantage points overlooking the Neckar.
• Artist: Get creative and use the world-famous Castle backdrop or the Old Bridge as a stage for your team.
• Foodie: Taste Heidelberg on the go – sample small local specialties like the "Studentenkuß" or discover sweet secrets in the narrow streets.
• Connector: Get to know each other better as a team and get in touch with the locals! Whether it's a quick chat with Heidelberg students or a shared encounter with the city's international flair.
• History: Dive into the history of Germany's oldest university and the legacy of the Romantics in a playful, interactive way.
• Nature: Find the green side of Heidelberg right along the banks of the Neckar or on the hills surrounding the Old Town.
