Partage is a small, family-run gastronomic restaurant in Andlau. The house blends modernity and transmission in its cuisine, foregrounding local terroir and concentrating flavour through worked sauces, jus and condiments. The wine list exceeds 150 references and the restaurant organises soirées vigneronnes with five-course, wine-paired menus; it holds a Guide Michelin selection and Gault&Millau visibility. Housed in an old Alsatian house on the Route des Vins, the restaurant is warm, authentic and intimate, with a simple, convivial dining room and a charming small interior courtyard and terrace for outdoor meals. Seating is limited and the venue projects a relaxed, nature-oriented vibe. The cuisine is French, seasonal and terroir-driven, combining traditional techniques with modern ideas while highlighting local producers, reduced jus and pronounced flavours; the menu cycles with the seasons and includes smoked or marinated fish and notable meat dishes such as regional game. The house is led by Julie (service) and Hugo Soiteur (kitchen); Hugo Soiteur is chef, trained "chez les plus grands" and proposing a personal style rooted in respect for products and traditions. Specialties include smoked or marinated fish, wild game cuts, quasi de veau, pavlova aux fruits rouges and dampfnudel.
