Aromebase

Aromebase is located in the centre of Lille, between Rihour and Rue de Béthune, just a stone's throw from the Grand'Place. The restaurant offers a refined and inventive culinary experience that combines gastronomy and bistronomy, focusing on seasonal French cuisine with subtle exotic influences. Its menus feature carefully prepared dishes that highlight products from both land and sea, with options including a lunch menu and four or five-course tasting menus in the evening. Guests can also personalise their meal by mixing options from the menu or ordering à la carte. The interior combines design elements with a warm atmosphere, creating a setting that is both welcoming and refined, ideal for business lunches, romantic dinners, and special celebrations. Aromebase also has a terrace in the heart of the city, providing a quieter space for lunch or dinner. The restaurant emphasises collaboration with passionate local producers and offers a carefully selected wine list to complement the dishes. Aromebase officially closed its doors on February 27.
