It recreates the warmth and generosity of family meals by turning humble ingredients and market finds into shared plates. The kitchen prioritizes local sourcing and seasonal produce discovered at market and in the surrounding countryside, using simple, sensible technique and lovingly prepared food. The property invites guests to feel at home in intimate, calming and elegant dining areas and bedrooms. The staircase carries the soul of the house. Rooms upstairs are furnished with considered linens and satin‑cotton bedding. The cuisine is market‑driven, seasonal and rooted in regional Aveyron produce.
