The Al Saalah Ballroom Foyer (740m²) serves as an ideal pre-function or reception space for up to 400 guests. The Al Ewan Conference Hall (340m²) seats up to 300 in theatre format, while the VIP Majlis Room (260m²) offers an intimate setting for up to 60 guests boardroom-style. Smaller meetings are served by Meeting Room 1 (70m²), Meeting Room 2 (95m²), and Meeting Room 3 (40m²), the latter configured as a dedicated boardroom for 12. Outdoor options include the Beach, capable of hosting cocktail receptions for up to 1,800 guests, the Beach Lawn for island-style dinners of 800, the Rooftop Terrace for up to 350, the Rooftop Deck (960m²) for up to 250, the Pool Terrace (500m²) for up to 200, and the intimate Dragon's Place Terrace for boardroom-style sessions of up to 16.

Each space is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities, including sound systems, projectors and screens, and high-speed internet access, all supported by an on-site AV technician. Lighting provisions include dimmable controls, stage lighting with spotlights, floodlights, and gobo projectors, managed by a dedicated technician. The hotel also features an LED wall and a designated staging area. A full range of furniture is available, from banquet and theatre-style seating to lounge furniture, bar stools, and outdoor pieces, complemented by linens, tablecloths, and meeting and banquet décor.
