Bistrot DuPont in Pont‑Sainte‑Marie is a neighbourhood bistro recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction. Chef Yves Brouillet took over Bistrot DuPont in 2006 after more than 30 years working in its kitchen; he uses the restaurant to express his passion for gastronomy and his curiosity about products from the Champagne‑Ardenne terroir, and his philosophy combines generosity on the plate with convivial service in the dining room, with generous bistro portions.
