Brasserie Irma

La Brasserie Irma, opened in July 2020, is a lakeside restaurant situated on the shores of Lake Annecy. Part of the Maisons Bocuse collection, it offers a warm and friendly brasserie experience designed for a gourmet escape by the water. This establishment holds personal significance in the Bocuse story, as Annecy is the hometown of Irma, the mother of Paul Bocuse. The dining room is decorated in calming shades of beige and blue, creating a serene atmosphere, while a large terrace offers an exceptional view of the lake for outdoor dining on sunny days. The restaurant also features a Paul Bocuse product outlet, extending the culinary experience beyond the table. Chef Frédéric Claudel heads the kitchen with a sincere, elegant, and generous style focused on sharing, product quality, and authenticity. The cuisine highlights fresh regional ingredients, particularly lake fish and Savoie wines, featuring signature dishes such as pike quenelle, Milanese escalope, and macaroni gratin.
