Emporium

Emporium is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant in San Ciprianu, Lecci. It offers a concise, high-quality menu rooted in local produce and seafood and is presented on a tightly focused carte of very good standard. The dining room displays a beautiful decor and a large, luminous veranda that creates an elegant, light-filled atmosphere. The kitchen emphasizes technical precision and maintains close links to local fishermen, a market gardener in Bonifacio and Corsican veal producers. The chef, of Italian origin Sébastien Salamon, trained in Paris houses including Guy Savoy and Le V. Specialties include cappellettis with spider crab; a grilled foie gras escalope served with flaky brioche and cherry tartare; dishes based on the local catch and Bonifacio market produce; and preparations featuring Corsican veal.
