Flora’s Field Kitchen

Flora’s Field Kitchen is a farm-based restaurant located at Flora Farms, emphasizing a direct connection between the fields and the table. The cuisine is artisanal and focused on fresh farm ingredients, aiming to create healthy family meals that reflect a strong sense of place. Originally operating in San José del Cabo for five years, the restaurant relocated to the farm to source provisions directly from the property. The menu is seasonal but retains timeless classics, showcasing meats from a nearby 150-acre ranch where animals are raised without hormones or antibiotics. The venue includes The Farm Bar, a cozy space at the edge of the fields designed for relaxation and celebration. It offers classic cocktails, wine, Flora’s Brewery draft beer, and artisanal cocktails made with fruits and vegetables grown on the farm. Within the restaurant, Mama’s Pizzeria operates a dedicated wood-fired oven that produces 15 varieties of Neapolitan-style pizzas. The broader Flora Farms experience also features a homemade ice cream cart with seasonal sorbets and ice creams, along with a market stocked with farm products, ranch meats, baked goods, preserves, sauces, and prepared meals. Located in the heart of the farm, the atmosphere of the restaurant creates a strong connection to the fields and the surrounding landscape. The brick, metal, and glass architecture of The Farm Bar frames the natural environment, enhancing the sense of place. The cuisine focuses on seasonal farm-to-table dishes made with ingredients grown, raised, and produced by Flora Farms. Specialties include ranch-raised meats, free from hormones and antibiotics, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, artisanal cocktails infused with farm produce, homemade sorbets and ice creams, and artisan bread baked in a wood-fired oven.
