Gloria is a relaxed urban restaurant founded by Esther and Nacho Manzano in tribute to their grandmother, Gloria. It serves market-driven cuisine that combines traditional recipes with creative twists on iconic dishes from their Casa Marcial restaurant, which holds three Michelin stars and a Green Star.
