Gruppomimo is a group of Italian restaurants founded on the motto "Pizza, pasta & amore," offering a vibrant and trendy dining experience focused on the joy of living, cooking, hosting, and sharing. The brand specializes in homemade Neapolitan pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, pasta dishes, risottos, and signature preparations served in a wheel of Pecorino cheese, complemented by refined Italian cocktails. Established by Edouard, a digital communication entrepreneur passionate about gastronomy, and Benoit, a serial restaurateur, the culinary identity of the group is shaped by Sicilian chef Pietro Rabboni, who oversees all kitchens. The menu features generous and popular recipes with theatrical presentations, such as truffle pasta finished in a wheel of Pecorino DOP. The ingredients are carefully selected from Italy, with Pietro's father sourcing directly from local producers, highlighting Pecorino Romano, Sicilian pistachios, burrata, truffles, and fresh pasta. The atmosphere at Gruppomimo is festive and social, blending classic music with a stylish cinematic world inspired by the Rolling Stones and Wes Anderson, creating a warm and welcoming environment where guests become part of the "Squadra." Since opening its first location in Boulogne-Billancourt in February 2021, Gruppomimo has rapidly expanded to Paris and beyond, including sites in Paris 2, Paris 11, Asnières, Levallois, Vincennes, Bordeaux, Saint-Ouen, Rennes, and Nice. The cuisine offers comforting contemporary Italian dishes featuring specialties such as Neapolitan pizzas, pasta made in a wheel of Pecorino, fresh truffle pasta, dishes with burrata, recipes using Sicilian pistachios, Italian cocktails, and classic tiramisu.
