Gruppomimo is a group of Italian restaurants founded by Edouard, a digital communications entrepreneur passionate about gastronomy, and Benoit, an experienced restaurateur united by their love for Italy. The Sicilian chef Pietro Rabboni leads the kitchens, ensuring authentic flavors across the group's establishments. Since the opening of its first restaurant in Boulogne in February 2021, Gruppomimo has rapidly expanded in Paris and beyond, gaining recognition for its focus on beloved Italian dishes. The menu features homemade Neapolitan pizzas baked in traditional ovens, risottos, and pasta theatrically prepared in a wheel of Pecorino Romano, often enhanced with fresh truffles. Signature ingredients include Sicilian pistachios sourced from chef Rabboni’s family, creamy burrata, and quality Pecorino Romano. Gruppomimo champions conviviality, aiming to turn guests into friends through its lively hospitality. The flagship restaurant in Paris 2 accommodates over 160 guests in an elegant and warm setting inspired by influences such as the Rolling Stones and Wes Anderson. The vibrant atmosphere showcases old-school music and dancing, inviting customers to join the lively ‘Squadra’. In addition to comforting Italian cuisine, the experience includes refined cocktails and a festive ambiance geared towards nightlife.
