IMA is a gourmet restaurant located at 20 Boulevard de la Tour d’Auvergne in Rennes, headed by chef Julien Lemarié and his team. The restaurant welcomes its guests from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening, offering tasting menus in several courses for both lunch and dinner. The lunch menus include a five-course Pause option, available except on Saturdays and public holidays, and a seven-course Parenthèse menu. Saturday lunches and dinners offer the longer ten-course Interlude menu. Carefully selected wine pairings by the sommelier are available for an additional charge with each menu.
