inkub8 is a multi-purpose creative and production venue located in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami. With an industrial aesthetic, high ceilings, and a flexible layout, the venue serves artists, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, event organizers, and business professionals. The Studio Production Space spans 2,850 square feet with a 20-foot ceiling height and a 16 x 14 ft insulated roll-up door that opens into a gated backlot. This versatile space is suited for band rehearsals, film and photography productions, theater workshops, yoga, pilates, church services, and larger events. The backlot can accommodate parking, outdoor photo and video shoots, or open-air market gatherings. Capacity is up to 100 guests standing or 80 in theater-style seating. The Conference Room is a private 20×20 ft meeting space accommodating up to 12 people in a boardroom configuration. It features natural light, a quiet atmosphere, and storage space, making it well suited for strategy sessions, team meetings, and virtual conference calls. The venue also includes a front office with a lobby entryway, approximately 1,500 square feet of office space with four workstations, a large live edge slab table, and a kitchenette.
