Kitty Party creates corporate team experiences that work wherever your people are: in person, virtual, or hybrid. We design and run workshops, retreats, food tours, cooking classes, laughter yoga and wellness sessions, and themed team events for companies across Europe and worldwide, bringing the same energy to a distributed team over video that we bring to a room full of people.

In over six years we have delivered more than 300 events for over 50,000 participants, from startups and scale-ups to global organisations.

We handle every event end to end, from concept to logistics, so your team simply shows up and takes part. Food is part of many of our experiences, with catering, handcrafted drinks, and menus that range from German street food to Indian cuisine to something built around your group.

Berlin is our home base, where we host in stylish central venues and outdoor spaces. Our virtual and hybrid formats let us connect teams across offices, time zones, and countries, so a team split between three cities gets one shared experience.
