La Plume is a panoramic restaurant located in the heart of Paris, offering breathtaking views of Saint-Eustache and the rooftops of the city. Signature dishes include Angus beef ribs, roasted sweetbreads, wild sole tempura, black cod with miso, and Wagyu beef gyozas. The patio offers sharing plates, bite-sized appetizers, and a selection of signature cocktails available from 7 PM.
