Lavedán is situated in Tramacastilla de Tena within the Aragonese Pyrenees, perched at 1,224 meters altitude. The restaurant inhabits a former stable, transformed into a gastronomic venue by Sergio, who leads the kitchen, and Carla, who manages the front of house. Its culinary mission centers on mountain gastronomy, preserving and reviving the fading traditional food culture of the Pyrenees using local and regional products integral to the area’s heritage. The rustic dining space maintains its stable origins, creating an authentic mountain valley atmosphere with intimate seating capped at eight guests per table. The kitchen specializes in slow-cooked, traditional Pyrenean dishes alongside innovative interpretations, presented through tasting menus, seasonal à la carte options, and a weekday lunch selection.
