Le T'Chiz

Le T'Chiz is a bar and restaurant located in Saint-Julien-lès-Metz, offering a varied menu focused on mountain specialties, meats, and flammekueches. Established in 2010, the concept is inspired by holidays in Courchevel, bringing the flavors and atmosphere of a mountain chalet to the Metz region. The interior features a mix of wood and stone, highlighting a central fireplace in a cozy lounge with leather armchairs, solid wood furniture, a wooden bar, indirect lighting, and candles, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The cuisine emphasizes authentic regional products and local ingredients, sourcing mountain cheeses and charcuterie from "Chez le Gaulois", a renowned shop in Courchevel. This partnership enriches the menu with bone-in hams, dried sausages, and local cheeses. In addition, there are carefully selected meats, vegetables, fruits, and an extensive wine list. Beyond its culinary offerings, Le T'Chiz has a strong bar identity with cocktails, wines, and champagnes. The bar area, intimate yet festive, features subdued lighting and hosts live music or DJs from Thursday to Sunday evening. Guests can choose to dine in the main room, near the bar, or on the heated and shaded summer terrace.
