Les Impressionnistes is the gastronomic restaurant of La Ferme Saint‑Siméon, a 17th‑century five‑star house in Honfleur with a historic link to the birthplace of impressionism. It is part of Ferme Saint‑Siméon estate and Collection Saint‑Siméon, a Relais & Châteaux member since 1964, and is recognised in the Michelin Guide as SELECTED for its modern cuisine. The dining room offers intimate, timeless atmosphere with crackling fireplaces, views of the Seine estuary and evocations of the historic auberge and the region’s artistic heritage. The kitchen delivers elegant, refined French gastronomy focused on Norman terroir and seasonal produce, offering the tasting-format experience “Nuances” in 4, 6 or 8 courses. It combines dedication to terroir, sincerity and tradition with personal touches recalling the chef’s native North; the team emphasises generosity, sharing and classical gastronomic technique.
