YOÜ is a restaurant and hospitality concept located in Mérignac, established by Lulu dans la Prairie as an extension of a culinary journey that began in 2004. The establishment draws on Lulu's experience since arriving at Casa-Sportissimo in 1998 and founding Lulu dans la Prairie. Opened in 2021 amidst the revitalization of the Aéroparc district, YOÜ embodies a locavore philosophy centered on healthy, local, and seasonal products from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The restaurant emphasizes craftsmanship, ecological responsibility, and support for the local economy, promoting a new culture of pleasure and sustainability. The dining experience offers a digital menu to reduce environmental impact, as well as a carefully selected range of regional and international wines curated by Lulu, alongside cocktails prepared by the house bartender.
