Nananère

Nananère is a modern, family-driven restaurant in Antibes that blends produce from its own garden with personal memories and contemporary touches. The concept emphasizes a generous use of garden products, a drop of tradition and a dash of modernity. Since 2020 the team grows part of their vegetables and fruits in the family countryside plot called Le Ptit Potager which supplies the restaurant. Roxane manages the dining room and together with Arnaud they previously ran Le Ptit Cageot before opening Nananère, reflecting a strong duo history behind the project. The venue is recognised by the Michelin Guide (Selected) for its modern cuisine and offers breakfast and afternoon snack service as well as tailored formulas for private events and team-building workshops. The restaurant offers a shaded terrace and cosy interior banquettes, evoking childhood memories throughout the dining spaces with a warm, casual atmosphere. The kitchen is led by chef Arnaud, who draws inspiration from childhood memories and travels to build each plate starting from a product or a taste; the cuisine is product-driven and 100% homemade, with dishes that often begin from a single product or flavour and are developed into complete plates. Specialties include Cocktails "Signatures", Vegetables from Le Ptit Potager, 100% homemade dishes and a menu dégustation for private events.
