Ossobuco

Ossobuco is a modern grilled restaurant in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, located in the Sentral complex. The venue publicly celebrated a grand opening in late October 2023, has been covered in local and international press, and is listed as SELECTED by the Michelin Guide. The restaurant emphasizes treating each raw material with respect and an honest, shareable approach to dining and positions itself as a destination for fine meats, cocktails and communal meals. A relaxed, communal dining atmosphere centers on the ritual of open-fire cooking; the dining room features an asador who lights and tends the fire, producing a theatrical, grill-centered experience. The kitchen celebrates wood and fire alongside seasonal organic vegetables and executes modern grilled cuisine through wood-fired techniques, working with seasonal produce and dry-aging techniques. Chef and Grill Master Guillermo Eleicegui brings experience, creativity and a global set of influences to the menu and deploys traditional open-fire techniques. Specialties include dry-aged beef, charred vegetables, open-fire grilled meats, an asador-led grilling ritual and seasonal organic vegetable preparations.
