Re Santi e Leoni is situated within a late 19th-century bourgeois palace in central Nola, Campania. The interior, designed by architect Giuliano Andrea dell'Uva, features a contemporary style influenced by 1970s architect Gae Aulenti, combining light colors, aluminum, and geometric shapes to create an elegant ambiance that respects the building's historic charm. The restaurant's cuisine reinterprets the Campania region through carefully sourced local ingredients and traditional flavors. Chef Francesco Nunziata, native to Nola and experienced internationally, applies rigorous technique and creativity to craft balanced, light dishes with strong visual appeal. His philosophy treats cooking as a communicative art that immerses diners in the area's history and territory. Guests can choose from three tasting menus—Re with seven courses, Santi with nine, and Leoni with eleven—or an à la carte menu featuring four starters, four first courses, four mains, and five desserts. A curated wine cellar offers selections from Campanian and international vineyards, allowing personalized pairings. Re Santi e Leoni earned its Michelin star shortly after opening in November 2020.
