Restaurant Girardin

Restaurant Girardin is a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant in Colmar offering a refined cuisine. Its contemporary, minimal interior pairs with an opulent Renaissance façade, creating a striking contrast between exterior history and interior purity. The dining experience is uniquely intimate: the restaurant seats only 18 covers and limits the number of guests at each table to ensure a personal, hushed atmosphere.
